Safi Airways, Ltd,[1] is an Afghan airline based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is currently the second largest Afghan airways, after Ariana Afghan Airlines.[2] The expanding operations (plans) show that Safi Airways will grow even more, but will still be behind Ariana Afghan Airlines.

It is operating international passenger flights between Kabul, Afghanistan, and the Middle East. [3].
