William "Billy" Jarman is a former professional rugby league footballer of the 1910s who at representative level has played for Great Britain, and at club level for Leeds, playing at Fullback, or Prop forward, i.e. number 1, or, 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.

Billy Jarman won caps for Great Britain while at Leeds in 1914 against Australia (2 matches).[1]
