Osvaldo David Martínez Arce (born April 8, 1986) is a Paraguayan football midfielder, who currently plays for C.F. Monterrey in the Primera Division de Mexico.
"Osvaldito", as he is known to fans and commentators, has been capped once for the Paraguay national team. It was on October 15, 2008 in Asunción against Peru during a FIFA World Cup 2010 qualifier.
