The Cypriot Cup 2009–10 will start on September 23, 2009. Only teams from the first and second division will participate (28 teams total). Teams from the lower divisions (third and fourth) will compete in a separate cup competition. The Cypriot cup will be completed in 5 rounds. All rounds were two-legged except the final.
