Belovodskoye (Template:Lang-ru), Aq-Suu (Template:Lang-ky), or more commonly Belovodsk (Template:Lang-ru), is a town in the Chuy Province of Kyrgyzstan. It is the capital of Moskovsky District. It is on the E40 (M39) Bishkek to Chimkent highway. The town is notable for its novel roadside features, including the commonplace failure of traffic lights (which causes frequent incidences of vehicles travelling in an indiscriminate manner), and the goverment ordinance for blank billboards; the latter intended as an anti-capitalist stance.[1]
