Leptosidin (formula : C16H12O6, exact mass : 300.063388116, molar mass : 300.26 g/mol, CAS number : 486-214-8, PubChem CID : 5281257 ) was the first aurone to be isolated in Coreopsis grandiflora by Geissman T.A. and Heaton C.D. in 1943[1].
