Moi International Sports Centre
Moi International Sports Centre (MISC) is a multi-purpose stadium in Kasarani, outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. The stadium holds 60,000. It was fund by the Chinese government in 1987 for the All-Africa Games held in Nairobi. It is currently used mostly for football matches, the Kenya national football team plays most of its home games at the Kasarani stadium. Apart from the stadium, there is a 5,000-seater Gymnasium and an Aquatic complex as part of the Moi International Sports Centre.
Football teams Mathare United and Tusker FC use MISC as their primary home stadium. There is a cricket stadium and a golf course being built in the complex.
The stadium will play host to the 2009 MTV Africa Music Awards held in Kenya.
