ID&T
ID&T is a Netherlands Entertainment and medium enterprise. ID&T exists since beginning of the 90s and organizes the largest Dance Events in Europe.
ID&T stands for the Initialials of the three Amsterdam guys Irfan, Duncan and Theo. All three had to already organize experience with the organizing of house and Techno parties, when they created at the beginning of the 90's-years ID&T, with the express goal, events, which should not achieve such orders of magnitude up to then in the Netherlands and European electronic dance music scene yet. Their first large and common meeting was The finally Exam in the Utrecht Conference center, already also over 10000 visitors.
Today ID&T is the largest Dance organizer in Holland. To its events among other things Sensation in the Amsterdam ArenA with 40000 visitors. There are two editions: Sensation White the first Saturday in July (Trance/Techno) with all partypeople dressed in white and the Saturday thereafter Sensation Black with more hardstyle and all people dressed in black. Other parties are Mysteryland in an open air field near Nieuw Vennep 50000 vistors, Innercity in the Amsterdam RAI congress center (45000 visitors) with eight areas with several styles around half December, Thunderdome (hard core Techno/Techno), Trance Energy, Bloomingdale and NJOY. Such parties (except the open-air ones) last all night from 23:00 to 7:00 in the morning with lots of spectacular shows of light and lasershows and fireworks. Beyond that ID&T operates its own music label, in addition the country-wide radio station Slam FM, the magazine ID&T Release, bars and restaurant as well as the multilingual music down load portal ID&T Dance Tunes.com.
On 16 July 2005 took place for the first time in Germany a Sensation White in the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen , but with the musical and theatre company Stage Entertainment (formerly Stage Holding) was created a German folder named ID&T Germany as joint venture. On 16 April 2005 the same event took place in Belgium.
