Adhapara is a small village in the district of Jharduguda in Orissa, India. It is about 35 kilometers from Jharsuguda. Buses run almost every ten minutes from Jharsuguda to Ib Thermal, which is a kilometer away from Adhapara.

The language spoken in Adhapara is Oriya. The village is serviced by the Ib-Thermal Power Station. Schools located in the village include Up School Adhapara, Me School Adhapara, and Jawahrlal High School, Adhapara.
