Philippine Science High School Central Mindanao Campus is the second Mindanao campus of the Philippine Science High School System, a special public high school in the Philippines. It caters to scientifically- and mathematically-gifted high school students from all over the country. It is located in Nangka, Balo-i, Lanao Del Norte.
PSHS-CMC was established on June 1998, and was first located in a school in Lala, Maranding, Lanao del Norte. After a few years, it was transferred to a new site in Mindanao Civic Center, Lanao del Norte and stayed there for a few years. Its office then was on the 2nd Floor, MCC Grandstand. The Staff Room, Faculty Room, Computer Laboratory , Accounting Office, Cashier and Boy's Dormitory were located on the right wing, while the Chemistry Laboratory, Physics Laboratory , Biology Laboratory , Girl's Dormitory , Girl's Dormitory Annex and I-Ruby on the other wing of the grandstand. The Library, Technology Area and I-Jade was situated on the first floor. The other rooms for were located on the side of the Gymnasium . The rooms for the side facing the Grandstand are is III-Potassium, II-Rosal, IV-Neutron, I-Emerald and II-Dahlia. On the opposite side of the gym are the sections III-Lithium, IV-Proton, II-Kamia, III-Sodium and IV-Electron. School year 2006-2007 was the last school year at this site. The school transferred to its permanent site on the summer break of 2007. The school year 2007-2008 is the first school year done in the site. However, the dormitories were not yet finished during the year so the dormitory was temporarily situated at TESDA, Maria Cristina, Lanao del Norte. The students are then transported to the school via school bus, as well as back to the dorm during afternoons. Currently, the dormitories are situated inside the school campus.

The school has several campus organizations, all under the umbrella of the student body.
The student body is named Supreme Council of Scholars, or SCS, and is in charge of the Student's Week, Acquaintance Party and Sorting, Socialization, and others.
SMART or Science and Mathematics Association for Responsible Teenagers is the organization concerned with SMT related activities, including the Science Camp (SciCamp), Quarterly Quiz Bowl, and the Weekly Pop Quiz.
The SCS hosts four clubs, mainly GLOBE, SIPA, PASTEL, and Ad Libitum. The GLOBE or Great Lovers of Best Entertainment is the club for the performers, further divided into three, the Singing, Dancing, and Theatre. The SIPA (Sporty Individuals with Pleasing Attitude) is the sports club, the PASTEL being the arts club and the Ad Libitum being the Expressionists Club.
The SCS also hosts the Leagues, in which all scholars are grouped into four (patterned from the Houses of Hogwarts, Harry Potter). At first the Leagues were named A,B,C, and D, then Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green, respectively. The League names progressed into Red Dragons, Yellow Flares, Blue Fawkes, and Green Gryphons.
The SCS and SMART also has their Constitutional Committees or ConCom which works each organization's Constitution. A COMELEC is also present for each organization. The SCS and SMART also have a group of students called Organizers that help the officers during events such as the SciCamp and Student's Week.
The Official Logo
Pisay Logo The flame, which is the substance of the PSHS logo, symbolizes enthusiasm, ardor light and warmth. It is seen in the center of the four circles (paired together), the common symbols of DOST and its agencies, one of which is the Philippine Science High School. The circles symbolize unit particles, the building blocks of nature, which are the subject and substance of science and technology. The circle design gives an illusion of movement signifying progress through Science and Technology.
