Castle Rock Brewery, located in Nottingham, England was established in 1996 under the name Bramcote Brewery. In 1998, it chose its current name when it moved to its current site.
In 2001, Tynemill bought the brewery, and its current(2006/2007) output is 100 Barrels/Wk (16370L.) (5200 B/annum).
Current regular brews(2007)
- Black Gold (Dark Mild), 3.5%
- Harvest Pale (Pale ale), 3.8%
- Elsie Mo (Pale ale), 4.7%
- Hemlock Bitter (Bitter), 4.0%
- Nottingham Gold (Pale ale), 3.5%
- Preservation Fine Ale (Bitter), 4.4%
They also brew a range of one-offs and seasonal beers.
It is acceptable to serve this brewery's beers through a Sparkler.
