This part doesn't make any sense - "it both transfers too little water or transfers too little water". Twfowler 16:32, 17 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"On the other hand, positive results have been seen in Beijing, host city of the 2008 Olympics." I don't understand this sentence. The project is not complete and what do the 2008 Olympics have to do with a water project? I see reason to delete it.
