Thank you for uploading File:Kelsey Bay, 2007.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

Hello Stifle.
The result of your 15Sep09 discussion of the possible deletion of this file due to copyright concerns was that the image may be kept, due to the image being in the PD in both the US and Canada. As requested, I have indicated on the file page the specific reason why the image is now deemed to be in the PD in Canada. The reason for the US PD designation was previously indicated.
