Series 5

Jo has a history with established character Steph Haydock, as they both went for a teaching position several years previous. She is the Head of Modern Languages at Waterloo Road, after transferring from recently closed private school, John Fosters. Openly gay, Jo’s sexuality is not something she neither denies nor flaunts.
