Siobhan Mailey is a fictional character in the BBC television drama series Waterloo Road. She is portrayed by Phoebe Dynevor.
Arrival
Like her friend, Amy Porter, Siobhan tends to regard the WR pupils as beneath them, having spent most of her secondary education at her old school. She is seeing one of the boys from John Fosters, Luke Pendle. In spite of them appearing to go steady, Luke is harbouring a secret. When it is revealed, it threatens to ruin her relationship with him.
