Mediterranean California Lower Montane Black Oak-Conifer Forest is a major forest association[1] in the inner North Coast Range of California and continuing into the Klamath Range of Oregon in the USA.[2] This forest type is often dominated by the California Black Oak, Quercus kelloggii.[2]
