cylindrical Gołka similar to spindle-shaped Oscypek

Gołka is a cheese in Poland that is similar to oscypek/oštiepok, but made with milk from cattle. Gołka has also different shape – cylindrical, while oscypek is tapered at both ends (spindle-shaped).
