Alexey Dymovsky (Template:Lang-ru; born 28 August 1977) is a former Novorossiysk City Police Department officer who is most famous in Russia for testifying against police corruption in November 2009.[1][2] His video appeal to Vladimir Putin about the serious problems inside the Russian Militsiya was watched on Youtube more than 680 000 times[3][4]. Dymovsky was fired from the police force soon after the publication of this video.
