The Naked Truth is a live album by Dutch hard rock band Golden Earring, released in 1992 (see 1992 in music). All songs were performed with acoustic instruments.

The Naked Truth was also the name of a 1995-1998 American television sitcom starring Téa Leoni and co-starring Holland Taylor. The show took place at the office of a tabloid news publication.
