Speedy deletion of Brian shapiro

A tag has been placed on Brian shapiro requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Brian Shapiro

You have only explained why Jeff Atkinson is notable, not Brian Shapiro. Being a coach at a High School is usually not a good enough reason to be in an encyclopedia by itself. How is Brian Shapiro notable apart from being a colleague of Jeff Atkinson? Also, I only requested the first deletion, I was not responsible for its eventual removal. Is this Fawad Khan person notable? I doubt that most Wikipedians will think that taking the PVHS cross country team to the state meet 2 years in a row will be considered notable enough.
