Please do not list links to websites of non-article specific resources. Wheeling Jamboree is not related to WWVA Jamboree, the subject of this article. Rather, it is a new program by unrelated organizations/individuals that have copied some of the format and themes of the original program, and is being falsely marketed as a continuation of the original program. Any questions as to what should or should not be linked to the Jamboree USA Wikipedia article should contact the management at WWVA, the owner and sponsor of the WWVA Jamboree (also called the Jamboree USA).
Correction: The Wheeling Jamboree IS related to the original WWVA Jamboree and Jamboree USA. 1170 WWVA Clearchannel / Capstar Texas Wheeling continued to broadcast the current production company in agreement with the programs current management until December 2008. Board members as well as Jamboree member performers continue the historic program on a new radio network at other venues in the city of Wheeling. Officials at WWVA in Wheeling will verify this.
