- I originally tagged the photograph for speedy deletion (db-i9) however it was declined by Graeme Bartlett.
This photograph is highly likely to be copyrighted to VISACT or on of its members (Licensing is clearly incorrect) and not the uploader's (who is currently inactive) own work which the text on the image page supports (VISACT - vision-impaired sports ACT - 2005) with the image size (File and resolution) and meta/EXIF data matches the photograph on VISCAT.
