The M-series rapid transit cars, were a Toronto subway car model built in 1962-1963.

The cars were built by the Alco's Montreal Locomotive Works in Montreal, Quebec for the Toronto Transit Commission. The cars were the first 75 ft train cars in service on the TTC, and in North America and all resulting TTC trains followed the M-series size and length specifications and influenced sever other transit authorities to examine the use of longer cars.
