  • mr. Gnome - It was once a page, but User:Fang Aili seems to have deleted it without sufficient reasoning. This band is mentioned on the Trip Rock page, has a nice Last.fm page, is popular with the people I know, and there is a Rolling Stone article about them here. If these don't qualify an article of being notable, I don't know what does.

  • Parachute Penguin-An up and coming indie rock band from Edmonton, Canada who has already opened for bands such as Ill Scarlet, as well as headlined many of their own shows. It consists of Steve on vocals, Matt on lead guitar and vocals, Jon on bass, and James on drums.
  • Omer Nadeem - Singer/Songwriter/Composer. Has composed songs for RoXeN, as well as playing lead guitar from Atif Aslam concerts. Has recently released a new song Bhuj Hai Gaya aka Dil Diya, which has also been remixed by Khiza.
  • Rat King (Band) - Experimental/ambient studio band from Chennai, India Released their debut album durign late 2008 and is in the process of recording their second album now. [467]
  • Sleeping Giant (Band) - Christian/Hardcore band from Redlands, California. Formed in 2006, they released their debut album, Dread Champions of the Last Days, in 2007 to rave reviews, garnering a massive underground following. Currently preparing to release their sophomore album Sons of Thunder. [468]
  • Evil cancer - An unsigned power violence band who harmonize vocals and regularly use samples from kids t.v. shows. Their songs always lack order and usually feature just screaming and power chord progressions.
  • TI-ON A punk band with traces of metal in their music. Their most famous song 'bullshit sells' caused controversy due to a copyrighted animated video that the band used without permission and reached #190 on the billboard 200. They routinely mention Spyro the dragon and Cynder in their music.

  • 009 Sound System - Internet trance artist responsible for the widely know and very popular song called "Dreamscape". To date, the only website that has information about this artist is a page on MySpace.
  • Hazel Fernandes - Sang one of the theme songs (Number One) for the Japanese Anime adaptation of Bleach.
