Jake Melksham (born 29 August 1991) is an Australian rules footballer for the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League.

Melksham was selected by Essendon with the tenth pick in the 2009 AFL Draft. An Essendon local, he had previously been playing with the Calder Cannons in the TAC Cup and PEGS (Essendon Grammar). He represented Vic Metro in the 2009 AFL National Under 18 Championships. Melksham was awarded the TAC Medal after being adjudged best-on-ground in Calder Cannons' grand final win over the Dandenong Stingrays in the TAC Cup.[1]
