a Filipino silent actor of almost 4 decades born in Lubao, Pampanga. The elder brother of another actor Jaime dela Rosa.

Better known as Roger of Philippine movie and famous for there team-up partner of "Philippine Queen of Movie" Carmen Rosales.

His last movie was 1962 "Santa-Clarang Pinung-Pino.

He left the movie and became US Ambassador.
