Summer Internship (3rd May to 14th July 2005): SBI Capital Market Limited (Mergers & Acquisitions and Advisory Group), Mumbai.  Prepared a Business Proposal of FCCB for Pancea Biotec Ltd.

 Worked on legal aspect of Subscription Agreement of private equity deal between Indo Schottle Pvt. Ltd. and Crossover Private Advisors Funds Ltd.

 Prepared a project report: “Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity scope in Auto Acilliary Industry”.

 Assisted the Advisory group on various Private Placement and M&A transactions.

Presented a paper on “Corporate Social Responsibility” with the collaborative initiative of British Council and New Academy of Business of United Kingdom, at Jodhpur.

RESEARCH CONDUCTED

 Conducted a research with Prof. M.M. Mehta (Director, Center Studies in Banking, Investment & Finance and former Chief General Manager, State Bank of India), on “System Supervision”. The essence of the research was presented as a paper at workshop on Banking Supervision, organized by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe at Harare.

 Prepared a Distance Learning Module on “Domestic Banking” for Distance Learning Department of the National Law University, Jodhpur.
