Rikuzen-Sannō Station (陸前山王駅) is a East Japan Railway Company (JR East) railway station located in Tagajō, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. Also it is the terminal station connecting to Sendai Rinkai Railway for freight only. Average riding passenger per day in 2003 was 441.

Placename around the station is San'no (山王). Rikuzen province name was added for distinguishing with another Sannō Station.

History

  • August 15, 1933: Station begins operation as Tagajō-mae Station.
  • May 1, 1944: Station name is changed to Rikuzen-Sannō Station
