US vs. USA
Please see the section in the Wikipedia manual of style regarding abbreviations of United States. This should answer your question. Thank you. Wperdue (talk) 21:36, 24 May 2009 (UTC)wperdue

UFC champions linking
In this edit to List of UFC champions you remove a wikilink to Georges St. Pierre with the rational "al-ready linked!!!!!, damn punk". Note that Wikipedia linking policy is to link items in tables, even if they've already been linked in the article. The policy states: "In general, link only the first occurrence of an item. This is a rule of thumb that has many exceptions, including the following: [...] tables, in which each row should be able to stand on its own." Also, including "damn punk" in your summary is neither helpful and violates policy. To quote WP:NPA:
- Do not make personal attacks anywhere in Wikipedia. Comment on content, not on the contributor. Personal attacks do not help make a point; they only hurt the Wikipedia community and deter users from helping to create a good encyclopedia. Derogatory comments about another contributor may be removed by any editor. Repeated or egregious personal attacks may lead to blocks.

UFC Championship page
In response to your edit: "Singles" matches happened once per event. A singles match is another way of saying "non-tournament" match (which featured multiple fights during the event). Instead of editing my contribution, why don't we talk about it and come to agreement about how to voice it? The Superfight title was the first UFC championship to be given out that was not awarded in a tournament. It is quite historic and this fact should be included in the description of the championship.
