Changsha Ginde (simplified Chinese: 长沙金德; traditional Chinese: 長沙金德; pinyin: Chángshā Jīndé) is a Chinese Super League soccer club based in Changsha, China.

The club was founded in 1986, in Shenyang, and was named Shenyang Ginde FC (simplified Chinese: 沈阳金德; traditional Chinese: 瀋陽金德; pinyin: Shěnyáng Jīndé) until its move to Changsha in 2007.

Ginde FC is owned by Ginde Plastic Pipe Industry Group, a subsidiary of the Hongyuan Group, and sponsored by Kappa and Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Automobile, Co..

Before 2003, it used the name Shenyang Haishi (沈阳海狮, literally Shenyang Sealions) and before 1996 it was named Shenyang Huayang (沈阳华阳). Their homeground was the 55,000-seat Shenyang Wuilihe Stadium (五里河体育场); the team were expected to move into a new football stadium in Shenyang before the 2008 Olympics. However, the Wuilihe Stadium was demolished in 2007 and the team moved to its current location of Changsha soon after.
