"BedRock"

The idea of the title song came from a pick-up line "call me Mr. Flintstone, I can make your bed rock."

Two years before the song was released, Lloyd was a team captain and a guest performer on Nick Cannon's MTV show Wild 'n Out. During a game, to attract a girl with a pick-up line, Lloyd used the "bedrock" line, winning a point for the Black Team.

Recently there was an extended remix which features all the original artists and Lil Chuckee who is after Gudda Gudda.
