KONAKANCHI VARI PALEM is a small grama panchayathi in Rompicherla mandalam of Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh, India.

It has a population of around 1100. 570 are male and 530 are female. This village is famous for chilli cultivation in this mandalam and one of the largest red chilli producing village in Guntur district. Along with chillies Paddy is also majorly cultivated. This village is having good infrastructure compared to many other villages in this region. Politically it is key village in Narasaraopet Assembly constituency. This village has suffered from group violence and quarrels in the years around 2000. Many people studied Engineering and MCA from this village and settled abroad.
