Spelling

The correct spelling of the hotel (as opposed to the English word) is "Millenium." The Hilton Hotels site is here.

I don't have a source for it, but my understanding is that when the hotel was built, the original owner didn't like the appearance of the word with two n's in it. He therefore chose this quirky spelling. In any event, there's no doubt that the correct actual spelling for the building has only one n. Marc Shepherd 20:46, 15 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Expand how it relates to 2001: a space odyssey

I would suggest an expansion on that section because 2001 is the year that the building refers to. Also - the black monolith is related to evolution and star-gates. This little bit of information should be mentioned.
