Ust-Shchuger (Template:Lang-ru) is a rural locality (a village) in the Komi Republic, Russia,[1] located at an elevation of Template:M to ft[2] near the confluence of the Pechora and Shchuger Rivers. It holds the European low temperature record of Template:C to F, recorded on December 31, 1978.[2]
