Leonie 'Lennie' Laws is a singer who was part of Breakbeat Era project.

Laws was born in Africa and spent much of her childhood travelling around as her father Don 'Freddy' Laws was in the RAF. She was the vocalist in influential drum and bass outfit Breakbeat Era. She currently sings for up-and-coming combo Blackout - who are quickly gaining a reputation as an exciting and energetic live act. Laws can also be seen regularly playing guitar and accompanying herself at the Chelsea Inn open mic nights in Easton, Bristol.
