Kevin Reynolds (born January, 1952), is a film director and writer.

Reynolds practiced law in Austin, Texas in the 1970s, then decided to attend the USC School of Cinema-Television, where he met Kevin Costner. He then directed Costner in Fandango, in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, and then again in the notoriously overbudget Waterworld (1995).
