Mai TV is Fiji's second commercial free to air TV network.
History
The company was founded by Richard Broadbridge, who worked for Fiji One before starting Mai TV in 2006 and began broadcasts in June 2008. It is full privately owned and broadcasts using the latest IP technology.
Mai TV co-sites with one of Fiji's technology providers COMS Limited Lautoka. It links its services from its Garden City Studio's to transmitters in Nakobalevu, Suva and Sabeto in Nadi.
Mai TV owns the exclusive Pacific rights to the 2008 Rugby League World Cup[1]along with rights to some major properties including CSI series, Survivor, 60 Minutes, Jericho, EROS Movies, Chuck, TWI Sport and on July 13th 2009, they acquired the rights to broadcast live 2010 FIFA World Cup[2].
MAI TV broadcasts 30% local with its top shows being We Ni Yava with Manoa Rasigatale, Simpson at 7 with Fiji's top TV presenter Stanley Simpson, MAI Vodamusic and MAI Corner.
Mai TV outsources all its production needs to SKYLITE Productions Fiji and has a close working relationship with sister company and a successful monthly lifestyle magazine MAI LIFE

Through the years, Mai TV has produced many shows in-house. Notable in-house productions of Mai TV included Manoa Misiki, Simpson @ 7, The Force.
Simon Baker stars as Patrick Jane, an independent consultant with the fictional California Bureau of Investigation (CBI). He has a remarkable track record for solving serious crimes by using his amazing skills of observation. He also makes frequent use of his mentalist abilities and his semi-celebrity past as a psychic medium using paranormal abilities he now admits he feigned. He abandoned his pretense out of remorse when his attention-seeking behavior attracted the attention of a serial killer who killed his family.

Chuck
Chuck is an action-comedy television program. The series is about an "average computer-whiz-next-door" who receives an encoded e-mail from an old college friend now working in the CIA; the message embeds the only remaining copy of the world's greatest spy secrets into Chuck's brain.Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi) is a twenty-something in Burbank, CA who works as a computer expert at the Nerd Herd at his local Buy More - a large retail consumer-electronics chain, with his best friend, Morgan Grimes.
THURSDAYS AT 8:00 PM
The show is about a hedonistic jingle writer, Charlie, his uptight brother, Alan, and his (at the start of the series) 10-year-old nephew, Jake. Charlie's free-wheeling life is complicated and altered when his brother gets divorced and moves into his beach-front house.
