Notes

1 Because Jennifer Vecchio won the blind tasting savory crepe challenge Chef Beau won against Chef Anne and got to swap his worst recruit for Chef Anne's best. So he chose Jennifer C. from Chef Anne's team and traded Sophia from his own team.

Key

(WIN) The contestant did the best on their team in the week's Main Dish challenge and was considered the winner.
(BTM) The contestant was selected as one of the bottom entries in the Main Dish challenge, but was not eliminated.
(OUT) The contestant lost that week's Main Dish challenge and was out of the competition.

Episodes

Chef Anne and Chef Beau have their own team of six recruits chosen by the other chef. The two chefs are having a competition to try to have their best recruit beat the other chef's best. In every episode, there are normally two challenges- a Skill Drill and a Main Dish Challenge. The Skill Drill challenge is designed to show or teach the recruits a skill that is needed for cooking (e.g. teaching them knife skills) and the Main Dish Challenge consists of recreating a recipe shown by the instructor of their team. The instructors, Chef Anne and Chef Beau, judge their team's recruits on their performance in the Main Dish Challenge and each picks one recruit who did the worst job to turn in their apron.
