Joe DiPenta

Joe DiPenta (born February 25, 1979 in Barrie, Ontario, Canada) is a professional ice hockey defenceman who currently plays with the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim of the NHL. So far during the 2005-06 NHL season, DiPenta has played in 33 games (as of January 3, 2006), scoring one goal and five assists for six points.

DiPenta was drafted 61st overall by the Florida Panthers in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. Before the 2005-06 season, DiPenta had played in 3 career NHL games, scoring one goal and one assist for two points. All three of those games were played with the Atlanta Thrashers during the 2002-03 NHL season.
