John Mara
John K. Mara (born December 1, 1954 in New York, New York) is the president, CEO, and co-owner of the New York Giants. He is the oldest son of former Giants owner Wellington Mara.
Personal
Mara grew up in White Plains, New York. He attended Iona Preparatory School in nearby New Rochelle, graduating in 1972. He received a B.S. in marketing from Boston College, followed by a law degree from Fordham University. After working as an attorney for some time, Mara joined the family franchise in 1991 and served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until his father's death.
