Tony Chan Chun-chuen (traditional Chinese: 陳振聰) (born 23 December 1959 in Hong Kong with family roots in Xinhui, Guangdong) is a Hong Kong businessman and the former diviner of late billionaire Nina Wang, the former chairman of Chinachem Group. He is famous for claiming Wang's US$4 billion estate after Wang died from ovarian cancer in 2007.[1][2][3] But on 2 February 2010, the Hong Kong High Court ruled that Wang's estate belongs to Chinachem Charitable Foundation, not to Tony Chan.[4]

RCG Holdings Limited (LSERCG,SEHK802), a biometrics and RFID solution provider partly owned by Wang and Chan[5], was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2009.[6]
