Tha Block Is Hot is the debut album released on Cash Money Records by the New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne, only 17 years old at the time. His lead single "Tha Block Is Hot" was given the 50th spot on VH1's 100 Greatest Hip-Hop Songs of All Time.[1]
