AfD
AfD has to maintain some predictablity of the votes by constructing precedents so that the encyclopedicity of Wikipedia is achievable.
My moto
After checking the AfDs for a very long time, it is my opinion that nearly all filled AfDs submitted with good intentions, particularly involving WP:BIO and WP:BLP are either strongly justifiable or if not, at the very least merge materials.
Reminders
- Drafting something to assess the notability of GNU softwares. [1]
- Something about compagnies notability.
Notes on vandalism
- Slow level vandalism gimmik, each edits of the anon does seem minor for those who do not know the subject, but as a whole it becomes clear it is vandalism.
- The anon edit undoing a part of his vandalism, which will show in the diff. It's a gimmik which only become obvious when doing a diff prior to his edit with his last edit.
About registration
Anon vandalism is costing a lot of ressources and time to the point that anon editing has more disadvantages than advantages. Some cinics might believe that the only reason registration is not required is to train users to become admins, by giving them some task to perform. Think about it, without anon and all this vandal fight, you'd probably very significantly reduce the number of requests for adminship.
