Edward Hutchinson (captain)

Edward Hutchinson (?-1675) was the son of the founder of the Massachusetts Bay Colony William Hutchinson and the dissident minister Anne Hutchinson. He was a captain of the Massachusetts Bay Colony and took part in King Philip's War. He was wounded at the ambush known as Wheeler's Surprise and died shortly after.
