Removed Copyright violations
The original article was mostly a press release from the Chicago Lyric Opera (especially the last page of the PDF). I removed it in acccordance with Wikipedia's Copyright Policy. It's good information, but beyond fair use since it forms most of the Wikipedia article and does not have a transformative or commentative use. Scarpia 13:14, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
Permission to use the contents of the above-referenced document (Lyric Opera of Chicago press release) was granted by authors, Lyric Opera Media Services by email dated 27 June 2006. Orbicle 08:58, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
To post something on Wikipedia, you need not only the permission to use, but the permission to modify and distribute under the various licenses Wikipedia uses. That's a pain and it's easier to to create original writing with the same information. Scarpia 17:56, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
Notes on expansion and update
- The 2006 Lyric Opera Center for American Artists press release is no longer even extant, so any (puzzling) objections to the information from it are no longer valid. Not to mention the fact that the nature of a press release is that is intended to be as widely distributed as possible, under whatever conditions and with whatever modifications are deemed necessary. Press releases are not copyrighted. The information is strictly verifiable facts anyway, and all peacock words have been removed.
- Rolandi is not British, and Wikipedia articles on Americans do not include honorifics in the lead section. Her honorific, such as it is, is only accidental (by marriage), is not valid in the U.S. (the U.S. does not honor titles), and I've only found three uses of "Lady" for her in newspapers (all but one from Pittsburgh) on the web. Therefore, I've moved mention of "Lady" to the Personal Life section, where it belongs.

Parents' music teaching careers
I have added information on Rolandi's mother's and stepfather's music teaching careers, which were instrumental in her own music career. I notice this has been deleted three times (by a brand new user focused only on this article). I invite discussion of the matter here, so that consensus can be reached.
