Written as an advertisement

The entire article is an advertisement. Needs written to follow WP standards or probably should be deleted until it can be properly listed.Woods01 (talk) 04:48, 9 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It's GMAC with a new name but its the same company. As such, I've reverted back to the original redirect. One company should have one article about it. -- Whpq (talk) 17:40, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I agree this is written like an advertisement. However, GMAC and Ally are significantly different in the American and Canadian consumer markets. GMAC primarily loans to dealerships and vehicle loans to consumers. Ally operates as a traditional online bank. I see it more as two divisions within one company.
