Ophiem is an unincorporated town in Lynn Township, Henry County, Illinois, USA.
There is a church in Ophiem. There is an antique store called Sunny Antiques. Most of the people meet down under the bridge to hang out. The most recent addition was James Brook's basketball court where everyone goes to shoot hoops. There is one river running through it called, Edward's River. The only business near it is Calmer Cornheads who helps create cornheads for harvesting corn and is most famous for the patent on the BT Crusher which reduces trash buildup in the cornhead by 15%.
