For example: If the user JohnnyCorral for example has an honor roll, and the user UpandUpandUp or somebody does a good job first, they would get put on the honor roll first. However, if UpandDownandUp or somebody does a little bit of a what JohnnyCorral calls a better job in helping or motivating him, UpandDownandUp would be placed SECOND, not first, because it was UpandUpandUp who was placed in first.
