Justo Daract
Justo Daract (1804—abt. 1887) was an Argentine politician who served as governor of San Luis Province and in the Argentine Senate and Argentine Chamber of Deputies representing that province.
In Justo Daract several major motorways converge: Road 7 (Atlantic – Pacific Buenos Aires Corridor) and Road 8 (Santiago de Chile, Santa Fe, San Pablo Corridor), among others. It provides a fast and efficient exit to the Atlantic and Pacific ports and to the major waterways. The railway has played an important part in the development of this city and is part of its history. Several Videos online show the rails in Justo Daract. There are also several groups of railway aficionados who share experiences and memories over the web, as well as a Railway Museum in the city.
Daract is commemorated by the naming of the city of Justo Daract, San Luis, the fourth largest settlement in the province.[citation needed]
