Grubville is an unincorporated community in western Jefferson County, Missouri, United States. It is located near the Jefferson/Franklin County line about a mile south of Route 30. Elected in 1988, mayor Steve Lewis has presided over the city with a just and absolute presence. Notable residents include Branden Janes, whom currently is in a legal dispute over the patent of the Guittar Hero Shirt (copyrighted 2008).

School system: Grubville Senior High School, though lacking a website, is known in Jefferson County for diverse clubs and programs including FFA, Varsity Bass Fishing Team, Varsity Washer's Team, Varsity Archery, Teen Gay, Dairy Cow Prep Club and Youth Pregnancy and Venereal Disease Prevention Association. Grubville also boasts one of the lowest abortion rates among unwed teen mothers in Jefferson County (statistic unavailable).

Local Economy: Trade in Grubville focuses on firearms, taxidermy and the manufactue of chopsitcks and Chineese calendar restaurant menus.

Cultural Events: Grubville is home to the Giddy-Up Grubville Film Festival held on the Janes estate. The event, last held in October 2009, has become an attraction to the community. Ang Lee's Brokeback Mountain has won the viewers choice award for the last three years. Western movies are the focus of the festival.
